Application Fee and Deposit:
We charge an application fee of $30 per adult household member to cover the cost of applicant screening. Our screening process includes a nationwide criminal background/sex offender check, credit check, and reference check. Our security deposit is equal to one months’ rent. Payment of the security deposit is required for us to reserve an apartment for you following the approval of your lease application.
Please note that we are unable to consider applicants whose household income is not at least 2.75x the monthly rent.
We are a pet friendly community!
Small animals in an aquarium or cage will not be considered “pets” and are allowed without prior approval.
We allow up to two pets, defied as cats, dogs, and birds, per household. There are no breed or weight restrictions, and no non-refundable pet fee. We simply require updated vaccination records, self-certification that the animal has never displayed signs of aggression toward another animal or human, documentation of registration in accordance with local ordinances, and a pet rent of $40 per month per pet.
For your convenience, onsite parking is plentiful, lighted, and offered at no cost to our residents.

By registering for access to our online resident portal, you can utilize features such as scheduling one-time or recurring rent payments using a checking account or credit card, update contact information for your household members, submit service requests, purchase renter’s insurance, view your lease documents, and more.
