Apartment Features: Private bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette space with cooktop, stainless steel fridge/freezer, granite counter tops, sliding glass door with juliet balcony, 15-20ft ceilings, ceiling fan, modern fixtures, luxurious finishes and modern furniture package.
- First floor apartments have a small patio space!
Community Features: elevator access to all floor levels, a resident lounge, fully stocked community kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances, on site laundry rooms on each floor, community wifi, common area upkeep.
Application Process includes: non-refundable application fee, administrative fee to reserve your apartment, refundable security deposit due at move in, a credit check, background check, rental history verification and income verification.
