Small little house by the slough. 2 beds 1 bath, has a nice big yard, a fenced area out the back door for dogs and or kids, a cherry tree with a kids swing in it, a hot tub, a single car garage with washer and dryer. Ample parking in the driveway, a spot to park an RV, and parking in front as well. There is a dock on the slough. There's a shop behind the house but that won't be included for use as I will be storing my household items in there.
