Because this home is occupied until Sept 31st, no one will be able to tour the property in advance, or at least until early Sept. Our 2 properties rent sometimes, sight-unseen because of something like this situation or because an incoming tenant is from out-of-state. We are accepting applications now. We will accept deposits up to 3months in advance (beginning July 1st). The 1st approved applicant with a deposit will win the apartment. Approved applicants with $100 place-holder fees paid will be put on our waiting list in order of occurrence.
