Crazy about Our Cozy Cottage!
Our two-bedroom cottage is roomy and practical.
You can enter from the front door or through your personal attached garage. At the front entrance you have a covered porch, a lovely space for afternoon tea or tending to brightly colored flowers, without the laborious task of a large garden. Just perfect!
You will be pleasantly surprised at the large living area at the front of your cottage Just beyond is a very custom look large kitchen that offers room for a table and chairs for two. We have found, however, that residents have created a variety of uses for this area. Some set up a computer area while others have a portable pantry and additional shelving here. The kitchen also has wonderful open space above the kitchen cabinets which creates a perfect spot for displaying a beloved collection. The extra tall height of the kitchen cabinets helps to ensure that there is plenty of room for storage. The opening from the kitchen through to the living area provides a bright and cherry atmosphere.
The master bedroom is a completely functional size with room for a king sized bed, but a queen fits to perfection. The large walk-in closet with California Closet type shelving is a wonderful addition. The attached bathroom with a walk-in shower offers privacy and convenience. The second bedroom is just perfect for a guest room, study or hobby room.
The common bathroom is offered with a traditional tub/shower. The sink is centered in a nice sized cabinet with a stack of drawers for convenience. Grab bars are included in both bathrooms if additional assistance is desired.
The laundry room has space for a full sized washer and dryer and offers yet another storage closet.
