Parking is easy with plenty of parallel neighborhood/street parking. We’re next to a small shopping center/grocery store and a strip mall. The house and surroundings have security cameras, plus an automated front door lock. Since the home is on a corner, there are street noise. The room is the biggest bedroom in the house. Because it's on the first floor, it also tend to be the coolest.
