Showings are open house style, usually lasting a total of 30 min from the scheduling time
We understand that you might be concerned with rental scamming as it's been happening around town lately, that's why we only accept online payments via ACH Bank Account or credit cards. By doing so you are protected from fraud, as you can always dispute the charge through your bank if you're not satisfied.
