This is a large, beautiful and very peaceful home. It provides a lot of privacy. Bedrooms for rent are located in a separate area of the home. There is a kitchenette with microwave, frig, coffee pot and storage area located near bedrooms. A small sitting area and a deck are also located by the rental rooms. Full use of kitchen and laundry room are permitted. The neighborhood has a beautiful view. You can even see the ocean on clear days. It is a very peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. There are lots of businesses and restuarants near by as well as bus stops. I have housed students from Mira Costa, University of San Marcos, Palomar, G.I.A.and interns from Genentech. I only house females so extra security is a must. All doors and gates are kept locked. If you want a great place to study and hang out, this is the place for you.
