The place is already furnished with amenities such as a fridge, microwave, couches, dining table, desks, etc. Rent is $1690 a month, which includes your own parking spot in the gated area underneath the apartment complex. The only utilities needing to be paid for, are electricity and wifi. Washer and dryer are within the complex and are paid by coin.
