Large bedroom with Private bathroom/shower
Shared parking space with gate for security
Small garage space for storage
Fully furnished living/dining room
We would prefer to live with a housemate of the same gender/nonbinary

Can commit to a cleaning schedule/chores
Will communicate if having guests over
No pets plz! Have to be cool with cats (We have an indoor/outdoor cat)
