Rent includes wifi, shared laundry, and utilities. The condo is located within a 5 to 10 min walk to coffee shops, park, bistro/restaurants, grocery store, library and bus stop. There's no smoking/vaping, no pets and no overnight guests, please. References are required. I'm a Regent College alum and enjoy living in community.
