The room is fully furnished and has: hardwood floors, a bar-fridge, a modern student desk and chair, a full-sized bed, a lamp, new bedding, and a private balcony. There is a also a private, ensuite bathroom.�The kitchen facility includes: all dishes and glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, rice-cooker, kettle, and coffee maker. There is a common laundry area. We pride ourselves on how clean and well-equipped our place is. Our location is perfect for SFU,FIC, and BCIT students! The bus stop is right in front of the house to SFU/FIC, and BCIT. To SFU/FIC: it is a 5-10 minute bus ride straight up the hill or a quick ride down Lougheed Highway and Willingdon to BCIT. It is a 15 minute walk to the skytrain. Recreational and shopping facilities are nearby! Our rooms are a must-see.
