If you are interested in renting any of our properties, you can apply online at our website. The application cost is 35 per applicant. Everyone over 18 who will be living in the property need to apply. Once your application is approved, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of one month's rent is needed to hold the property until the lease is signed. This deposit is credited as your last month's rent. Additionally, first month's rent and one month's security deposit are needed prior to move in (refer to lease for dates due), for a total of three months' rent. If pets are allowed, they will need a minimum 250, non refundable pet charge.
