Rent a lower level bedroom in a 3 floor home, ideal for one person. Maximum two (at a higher rate). Rental also includes access to the common areas, kitchen, and both living rooms. Lower level bathroom (recently remodeled) is mostly yours, however landlord reserves the right to use it and permits use of the upper floor bathroom if needed. Washer and dryer is in the lower bathroom. Yard may be used for gardening/landscaping projects if tenant desires and the landlord approves. I will be living in the house as it is my primary residence.
Ideal tenant would be tidy, and promptly clean the kitchen following use. They would be able to get along with me while also respecting boundaries. Preferred tenant would be male, same gender. House is LGBTQ+ friendly and owned. There is also storage in the crawl space.
You can fully provide your own furnishings, or I can offer a Queen Size bed, dresser, and old TV. I cover all utilities, electric, water, trash, and internet.
